About this lesson
Scale is when the helping no longer needs your hands. A packed calendar with no vacation is a job you hired yourself into. Write the repeated work as recipes a stranger could follow, hand one task off, and build one thing that copies for free.
What you’ll learn
- If you did it twice, write it down like a recipe.
- Hand off the most repeated, lowest-stakes task first.
- Fix the recipe when quality dips. Do not snatch the work back.
- Ask monthly: did I build anything that works while I sleep?
