Entrepreneurship & Value Creation · Lesson 3
Your First Venture
Launching something small and real teaches more than any classroom: this is practical guidance for a child’s first business or project.

About this lesson
A first venture produces two things: a little money and a pile of evidence. The money gets spent. The evidence compounds for life. Keep it small enough to finish, real enough to sting, and give it an end date.
What you’ll learn
- Finish something small and real, then debrief it.
- Revenue is not profit until you repay what you borrowed.
- Charge real prices. Kindness that overpays turns the business into an allowance.
- Do not quit in week three. Decide at week six with data.
